Internet Credit Card Fraud is on the rise!

Fraudsters use Internet Merchants as a conduit for obtaining and mis-using Credit Card Information.

Here's what ClassyThemes is doing to safeguard your information.  ClassyThemes:

	ClassyThemes does NOT store any of your credit card information in any file either locally  or on our server
	ClassyThemes employs secure servers (SSL) for all transactions
	ClassyThemes logs the Internet Addresses of all purchasers
	ClassyThemes verifies that the purchaser is located in the country the claim to be from
	ClassyThemes blocks/bans any fraudsters and notorious ISP's and countries from using our site.
	ClassyThemes does not accept orders via FREE email addresses.  We respectfully request that all customers use a valid address from their domain or IP.  This prevents fraudsters from hiding behind untraceable email addresses and keeps our chargebacks/fraud at a minimum, which means we can keep our prices to you as LOW as possible.

 Privacy  Policy

The information you provide to ClassyThemes when you place an order will NEVER be sold or given free of charge to a third party.  We collect this information only to verify your purchases with our credit card processor and to provide verification of ownership of product licenses should you ever need product support

General Policies

1. All products are licensed and supported by the independent designers.
2. Wherever possible, ClassyThemes will work with clients to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.  If after troubleshooting and the best efforts of the designer the purchased product will not function as designed for the purchaser, ClassyThemes will refund the full purchase price.
3. ClassyThemes offers products as they appear on the site.  Upgrades and enhancements are the responsibility of the designers to contract with the customer
